Density Soft foams are Polyether-based
foam having open cell structure to offer extra softness, comfort compared to
normal or low density foam grades. These foam find applications where premium
quality products with extra cushioning properties are processed.
High Density give extra life, strength and increase physical properties of these foams.
A. Extra softness compared to Standard or Low Density foam grades.
B. Flexible, allow good breathability and air circulation.
C. Considered best for processing high end mattresses and allied products.

HM plastic sheet and then in an HDPE
