We offer Fire Retardant foam
passing UL-94 standards (the Standard for Safety of Flammability of Plastic
Materials for Parts in Devices and Appliances testing released by Underwriters
Laboratories of the United States). The standard determines the materials
tendency to either extinguish or spread the flame once the specimen has been
ignited. These foams are considered best
in the Automotive, HVAC (Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) sectors
and wide range in Acoustic applications.
We
process these foams with Polyester & Polyether Polyurethane base to meet
specific industrial & technical applications. Flame Retardant foams are
processed by adding flame retardant additives during the time of foaming to meet various fire code
standards. These special additives help foam to slow down fire & also get
itself extinguished at the time of the fire.
Offered Options: We also supply these
foam with oil dispersing, heat reflecting,
foil and film, self-adhesive backing and aluminum sheet inter-layers where
required.
